Jerry M. Fish, CLF^® is the Managing Partner of the Northern Ohio General Office.  After finishing college, Jerry started his career with another Insurance and Financial Services Company, where he was one the companies leading Agents and Managers.  Jerry joined the San Francisco General Office of  New York Life, as a Sales Manager in 1993.  He quickly became one of the company's leading recruiters and  in October of 1997 was promoted to Managing Partner of the Central Coast General Office in Southern California.  While there, he led the office to four national trophies, which included the President's, Vice Chairman's, Senior Vice President's, and the Life Case Trophy.

In August of 2002 he was promoted to Managing Partner of the Silicon Valley General Office in San Jose, California.  While there, he led the office to five national trophies which included the MDRT Mentoring Leadership Trophy, the MDRT Leadership Trophy, Life Case Rate, Annuity and Long Term Care Trophies.  In 2005, the office had a record year with New Organization Agent growth and a three-year new agent retention rate of 46.15%, which is dramatically higher than the industry average.

In January of 2006 he was promoted to Managing Partner of the Northern Ohio General Agency, which is one of New York Life's most successful General Offices. Jerry and his son Tyler live in Gates Mills, Ohio. Jerry enjoys ocean fishing, reading, movies, music and hiking.  He is involved with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization and serves on the Board of Directors at Cornerstone of Hope, which is dedicated to providing support, education and hope for the grieving.
